CIP Upgrade

Designed and installed an upgrade to an existing CIP set at a large-scale brewery, incorporating an acid wash into the operating capabilities.

Key deliverables include process design for the integration of a new acid wash, as well as a staged installation to make use of existing plant availability windows to minimise production downtime.
