Mixing Plant
Detailed design and execution project management for the construction of a new mixing plant for processing challenging raw materials to produce ice cream and sorbet.
Process design included specification of a pulp removal process, continuous tubular pasteuriser and a post-dosing system for heat sensitive products. This was supplemented with the integration of new equipment within exisitng site services and utilities for the automation of mixing and product transfer systems.
