Plant Based Chocolate Dosing System

Designed and installed a new plant-based chocolate dosing system that could mix and supply chocolate to an existing ice cream stick line. A pipework ring-main was installed to transfer necessary raw material to the system for mixing. An automated CIP was incorporated into the system.

The services provided included the detailed process design, 3D drafting of the system, project management, installation, and commissioning of the equipment.
