Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV) Installation

Engaged to design and deliver an automated warehouse management system for improved efficiency in a consumer goods warehouse. Deliverables for this project included process and layout design for a new conveyor system within a constrained footprint, and the integration of two automated guided vehicles with the capabilities of transporting pallets to and from multiple levels and locations. The installation schedule was coordinated with existing warehouse availability windows to minimise disruption to normal operations.
