Bottle Conveyor Peracetic Acid (PAA) Spray

Provided detailed design and installation of an Peracetic Acid (PAA) dosing and spraying unit, together with the design, construction, and integration of the necessary pipework and site automation. The spray was required for a bottle conveyor at the outlet of the filling machine to reduce the microbial risk from overfilled bottles.

Deliverables included pipework layout design and procurement as well as relocation of bulky equipment into a restricted footprint.
