Brewhouse Kettles Vent
Pipes Replacement

Designed and installed replacements for two existing brewhouse kettle ventilation pipes to run above the roof level of the brewhouse.

Key deliverables include process and layout design of the new kettle vent pipes, incorporating adequate sloping to ensure condensation run off, spray balls along the length of the pipes, and access hatches to enable high pressure cleaning.

Furthermore, an automated water flush system was integrated to the existing SCADA system, and was completed over a staged installation to utilise plant availability windows, minimising production downtime.
