Upgraded two existing CIP sets at a dairy site with a dedicated acid chemical tank to implement the capability of acid CIP mid-production instead of during process downtime.

Key deliverables include process and layout design to modify existing CIP sets as well as the final validation of performance.

Executed project management for staged implementation of upgrade around 6-day site operation to minimise disturbances to production.
