Juice Tanker Unloading Pasteurisation

Engaged by a juice manufacturing site to add functionality to be able to pasteurise juice whilst unloading from road tankers. This included the addition of additional valving and a buffer tank to route the juice to an existing pasteuriser prior to delivery to the juice storage silos.

Services delivered included hygienic process design, equipment procurement, installation, and project management, and both CIP and product validation.
