Modernised and upgraded an existing juice product mixing plant by integrating 12 new valve manifolds. This replaced manual keystations, and upgraded the PLC/SCADA system, giving automated operation, full visibility and traceability on process line changes.

Complete process and layout design of the valve manifolds delivered, along with a step-change improvement in the plant automation control system, including interfacing with upstream and downstream equipment.

Managed the staggered installation over multiple interval periods with no negative impact onsite production.
