Key Station Replacement

Designed and installed a new hygienic mix-proof valve matrix to replace an existing manual key station. The process design included best practises for maintenance access, maximum drainability, and the removal of water hammer in the design of the valve matrix.

The 3D sketching of the valve matrix, electrical & automation design, which included the development of a new communication bus network, functional description, and schedule management for installation and commissioning during specific shutdown windows were among the capabilities and deliverables.
