Upgrade

Designed and installed a process upgrade for a large-scale brewery’s yeast crop line for additional production capabilities.

This included integrating a new transfer line with existing system for moving product to storage. 3D modelling with area laser scannering was used to accurately design pipework for integration into existing intricate pipework.

Furthermore, process and layout design of new transfer line and additional equipment to ensure operability.
