Caustic Dosing for ph Correction

Engaged to design and install a storage and dosing system to be used to correct the pH of four bacteria fermenters using a 30% caustic solution. As part of the project, a new PLC panel was installed to increase plant automation and allow precise control over the dosing pressure and flowrate.

Services delivered included process design, 3D drafting of equipment, installation management, project management, and product validation.
