Identified a value creation opportunity through automation at an ice cream production site, resulting in the installation of a collaborative robot to palletise product, maintaining productivity in periods of downtime.

Designed and execution project management for the integration of the collaborative robot onto the exisitng palletising process line, and ensuring compatibility with exisitng processes and product formats.
