Production Capability
Upgraded a dairy product manufacturing facility to add the capability of pasteurisation and packaging of cream product to an existing carton line.
Designed and installed equipment suitable for cream transfer and processing. This included process equipment procurement and layout design to integrate a new cream processing line into the existing carton line within a constrained operating footprint.
Furthermore, existing heat exchangers and transfer equipment were upgraded to facilitate use for product cream, with a staged installation around existing plant availability to minimise production downtime.
