Engaged to deliver a new Conti TDS system for a home and personal care production site to eliminate need for manual handling of hazardous powders. Provided process, layout, and pipework modification design for the integration of the new Conti TDS with existing processes and installed a new mixing tank and a vacuum system to reduce risk and improve operational safety. Project management services was provided for the commissioning of the design works and coordination of the installation with existing plant availability windows to minimise production downtime.
